Set apart a skin care budget every month and try to stick to it. Make a note of how often you buy a product and how long it lasts.Some women have the habit of changing their skin care products as per the season and climatic conditions. For example many women use heavier creams during the winter and switch to a lighter one in the summers.
Draft a list of all your requirements and the money spent on them and derive an economical but useful skin care budget.

Take Lots of Care
Take good care of your skin and provide it enough nourishment. Follow the cleansing-toning-moisturizing process every day and exfoliate your face at least once a week. You can also go in for a facial occasionally. It fels good and is good for your skin.

Deep Cleansing Facial

People who smoke and drink regularly develop a dry and dull skin that looks dehydrated. Only when you quit these habits, you can aspire to gain back your original healthy skin. It’s not too late, so do it now. And if you cant, at least slow down!

Prolonged exposure to sunlight makes your skin vulnerable to the harmful UVA/B radiations making way for sunburns, sun spots and tans. Use a sunscreen everytime you go out and reapply every 3- 4 hours or as directed on the packaging.

Work Out
Get your body moving and plan out a regular exercise regimen. Regular exercise not only improves blood circulation and burns off fat but also helps make your complexion radiant and glowing.

Reward yourself when you reach your goals or objectives. This will keep you motivated.
