Obagi and Refissa have Finally given us a .05% Tretinoin Cream specifically formulated for anyone who is 'not' a teenager'. In a study, 71% patients saw reduced facial fine lines and an amazing 83% saw improvement with freckles, age spots, and other hyperpigmentation issues. Always use sunscreen. As with any Retinoid, side effects with Refissa can include mild itchy, red skin or even some slight stinging. You can try using every other day if this occurs for the first month. This can be used with the Obagi Nu-Derm System.
Directions:
Wash your face with a good cleanser and then let it dry completely for twenty to thirty minutes. Then apply a small pearl size amount evenly over entire face avoiding eye and nose openings.
