Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange the return of the product at 1-877-HEAVEN-3 (877-432-8363). You will receive a full refund less shipping charges.* Items must be in their original packaging and must be aleast 50% full. There are no restocking fees or other fees associated with the return except the customer pays for return shipping. If the return is deemed to be the fault of our company or the manufacturer, we will send you a prepaid return envelope.
All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. (Some products may be returned after the 30 days directly to the manufacturer. Please see the product packaging and instructions for further information.)
Please return any products prepaid and insured for your protection. We can not be responsible for items lost during shipping. Keep your shipping receipt for proof. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Orders are processed at 12 PM PST and are shipped the same day FREE when possible. Orders received after 12 PM PST may be shipped the following day, but may also be shipped same day if possible. We also overnight and 2-3 day air for your convenience. Charges vary and are displayed at checkout. We are always trying to find the best shipping deals for you as well.
The 125% price guarantee applies to skin care websites only and does not apply to shopping sites such as Ebay, Amazon, and sites that are suspect in nature. You must contact us before the purchase so that we can check the validity of the price. If a lower price is found, we will give you the lower price plus 25% of the difference between the lower price found and our price.
For free sample sets and travel sets, sales tax does not count toward minimum purchase.
International orders do not qualify for Free priority mail. The are shipped first class only unless other arrangements are made. There are no refunds or returns on international shipments once package is mailed.
